Program Services:

Valley Bookcases
On-site vocational training and paid employment offered to individuals in the areas of woodworking and janitorial skills. Individuals are trained in the use of hand and power tools while manufacturing unfinished pine bookcases.

Supported Employment
Paid job opportunities at local businesses provided with full-time job coach supports within individual / small group placements. Currently there are placements at Hillside Plastics, the Hampshire Mall, Kamins Management Co., Hadley Village Barn Shops, Staples of Hadley & Greenfield, Samson Manufacturing, Vets Memorial of Sunderland and Brookside Condos.

Clinical Supports
This site has the support of two Ph.D level Licensed Psychologists who work closely with program staff and participants to develop individualized goals and strategies to improve appropriate work behavior while reducing those behaviors that interfere with success on the job.
